How long does it take to process my order?

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, We do ship worldwide. International Shipping options and cost will be calculated at checkout depending on your country. Delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

My package says delivered, but I can't find it.

What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition for a refund or exchange.
What items are not eligible for return?
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, personalized items, final sale items, and products showing signs of wear cannot be returned or exchanged.

What materials are your jewelry made from?
Our pieces are hand-selected and curated for each collection from various artisans and suppliers. While each pieces is different, we only source premium-quality metal with 18k gold/ Rhodium plating, sterling silver, Swarovski gemstones, moissanite, and CZ. They're selected for their brilliant cut, durability, comfort, and timeless appearance. Individual product pages provide detailed material information.
Will the jewelry tarnish?
With proper care, your jewelry will maintain its beauty for a long time. We recommend following our Jewelry Care Guide to help preserve its finish.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Many of our pieces are designed to be suitable for sensitive skin. Please refer to each product description for specific material details.
Can I wear my jewelry every day?
Absolutely. Our collections are designed for everyday elegance. To maximize longevity, we recommend removing jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping.
